What does this include?

  • A new business analysis workshop where we:

    • Review what your current proposals and pitch process – what do you believe is working/or not.

    • Determine the right questions to ask according to your offering.

    • Define the process by which I engage with those you’d like interviewed.

  • Won/Lost client interviews would be undertake on an adhoc basis as and when pitches are undertaken and required over 6 months.

    • A history of each engagement would be required

    • Feedback after each interview would be given by WhatsApp, email or over zoom

  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis supplied and can be viewed throughout the project

  • A précis report that details core themes & recommendation – 3-4 pages

Feedback meeting on the insight (via zoom) to discuss the findings of the interviews once they are completed to discuss overall themes and findings including details of the core themes/issues, recommendations for improvement and ideas for marketing
